Shipping and Returns

Up to date order status & delivery information can be found in My Account or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

When to Expect Your Order

Due to increased shipping volumes this holiday season, please expect potential delays from all major carriers.

We process orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select. Durations below are estimates. 

Overnight orders will ship within 1 business day.

United States:
Usually 2-7 business days (shipping charges for orders within the United States: Complimentary ground, $15 2-Day Express, or $25 Overnight) 

Usually 6-10 business days (Free shipping for orders $250 or more.  A shipping charge of $19.99 will apply for orders less than $250.)

Returns Policy

At Amala, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Amala purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You may returned opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as less than 30% of the product has been used. 

Items that are Not Refundable:

  • Products without original packaging
  • Products where 30% or more have been used
  • Products purchased more than 30 days from date of return request

Return Shipping Labels

Amala will provide a prepaid return shipping label for authorized returns within the domestic United States.

Packing & Sending Your Return

Returned products will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please see our Return Policy above to find out how to obtain a return authorization number.

Once you receive your return authorization number;

  1. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box.
  2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
  3. Label the outside of the box with your return authorization number provided by the customer service representative.
  4. Drop the package off at the appropriate shipping location.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If the item to be returned was not sold by, you will need to contact the seller where you purchased the products for the return. Please note, a valid receipt from is required for all returns.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses:

These orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer—up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

Currently, Amala only ships to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Georgia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.  For shipments outside of the United States, customers are responsible for any importation costs or duties (if applicable). Item Availability

Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.

Items may be noted as “out of stock”. This means this item is currently out of stock and is not available for ordering. Please check back regularly to place your order.

Amala, at times, will allow our customers to “Pre-Order”, new product releases or seasonal offerings. If you want to pre-order an item, we will ship it to you once the release date passes and the item is made available to us for shipment.
