    Shipping policy

     

    Due to increased and unprecedented order and shipping volumes, please expect potential handling and transit delays. 

      Up to date order status & delivery information can be found in My Account or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

      When to Expect Your Order

      We process orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select. Durations below are estimates. 

      Overnight orders will ship within 1 business day. 

      Estimated Delivery:
      United States:
      Usually 2-7 business days (shipping charges for orders within the United States: Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100.  Orders under $100 standard shipping cost is $4.95) 

      Orders outside of the United States
      Usually 2-7 business days
      Orders under $250 USD will have shipping calculated at checkout
      Orders over $250 USD will have free shipping

      Depending on your carrier, please check UPS.comUSPS.com, or FedEx.com for for more details along with possible delays due to holiday schedules.

      * Please note, orders may be shipped with signature required.
      * Please contact us to make special arrangements if you will not be home to accept the package.


      Shipping

      Shipping to APO/FPO addresses:

      These orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer—up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

      International Shipping

      All applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at the time of purchase. Your order will be shipped duties prepaid, meaning any required customs duties and import taxes have been paid in advance. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

      Tracking Packages

      You can track your package when logged into your account.

      If you are not sure whether your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your orders in My Account.

      Item Availability

      Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.

      Items may be noted as “out of stock”. This means this item is currently out of stock and is not available for ordering. Please check back regularly to place your order.

      Amala, at times, will allow our customers to “Pre-Order”, new product releases or seasonal offerings. If you want to pre-order an item, we will ship it to you once the release date passes and the item is made available to us for shipment.
